The company is the result of the merger, in 2001, of two companies "Marietti and Gislon" and "BREVETTI EUROPA S.r.l.", active in the same field since mid-70s’ and the beginning of 80’s.

Experience and professionalism have allowed the company to develop a highly specialized activity in every sector of the Intellectual Property, including the defence of rights and to be correlated. The constant growth and the continuing attention to the needs of the clients have brought us to the progressing expansion within the national territory.

In Italy, the firm’s main office is located in Milan with subsidiary offices in Lecco (opened in 1996), Novara (opened in 1998) and Perugia (opened in 2001); the firm is also active in Spain through sister company Torner, Juncosa i Associats in Barcelona since 2003 and the opening of a new office in Monaco di Baviera in 2009.
