He earned his Law Degree from the University of the Studies of Milan.

In 2001 he joined Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano and in 2005 he became a Trademark Attorney at the Trademark Community (from the Office of the Internal Market Harmonization – UAMI) and a Trademark Attorney at the Trademark division of the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.
