She graduated in Political Science from the University of the Studies of Milan.

She is an Attorney at the Trademark Community (from the Office of the Internal Market Harmonization – UAMI), and at the Trademark Department of the Italian Patent and Trademark Office. Dr. Marietti has worked at the European Community of Brussels. In 1999, she joined Marietti e Gislon, and has continued her career at Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano.
