ING. ANDREA MARIETTI

European Patent Attorney, Italian Patent Attorney, Technical Expert at the Court of Bologna, Registered Italian and Community Design Attorney.

He graduated in Industrial Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. Ing. Marietti received his post-graduate diploma in “Contentieux des brevets en Europe” (European Patent Litigation) from the University of Strasbourg in 2007. He qualified as a Chartered Engineer in 1998 and as a Chartered Italian Patent and Trademark Agent in 2001. After CEIPI courses, he qualified as a European Patent Attorney in 2003. He joined Marietti e Gislon in 1998 as an Intellectual Property Consultant and has since continued his career with Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano. Founding partner of Torner, Juncosa i Associats in Barcelona (2003). He is now a partner in both firms. He is member of the International Association for the Protection of the Industrial Property (AIPPI)
