ING. GIUSEPPE MARIETTI

Ing. Giuseppe Marietti, founder partner of Marietti, Gislon and Trupiano, passed away on 19 April 2024.

He began his activity in the Intellectual Property department of a well-known Milan consultancy firm in 1965; subsequently he founded his own consultancy firm which, following a merger, became MARIETTI, GISLON and TRUPIANO. He was a founding partner of Fabiano, Franke & MGT.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan. Attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office in Monaco and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Member of several associations including the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI) and the Licensing Executive Society (LES).
