Dott.ssa Elena Marietti

A graduate in Political Science from the University of Milan, Elena Marietti is a trademark and design attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

She started her professional career at the European Commission in Brussels, where she gained important international experience. In 1999, she joined Marietti e Gislon and currently continues her professional activity at Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano, where she is a partner.

Through her activity she has gained solid experience in strategic trademark and design consultancy, assisting Italian and foreign clients in the protection and valorisation of Industrial Property rights, both at the registration stage and in the management of trademark portfolios.
