Dott.ssa Elisabetta Gislon

A graduate in Foreign Languages and Literatures and later in Languages and Cultures for Communication and International Cooperation at the University of Milan, she also holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law organised by the WIPO Academy in collaboration with the University of Turin. Elisabetta Gislon is a trademark and design attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Her work in the field of Industrial Property began in 2018 as a paralegal specialising in trademarks and design, working initially at Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano, before gaining further experience in consulting firms in Barcelona and Milan. She rejoined Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano in 2022, assuming the role of partner in 2023.

She currently assists Italian and foreign clients in the protection and optimization of their Industrial Property rights, also holding training classes for clients on the main topics of trademarks and industrial designs.
