Dott.ssa Tiziana Santoro

With a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology from the University of Milan, Tiziana Santoro is a patent and trademark attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM); she is also a Technical Consultant (CTU) before the Court of Milan, where she advises on Industrial Property litigation.

She started her career as a researcher at the University of Milan. She then worked in the Patent and Trademark division of the Italian subsidiary of the multinational pharmaceutical company SANOFI, where she was head of the department between 1996 and 1999. In November 1999, she joined Marietti e Gislon as a consultant in Industrial Property.

Her work focuses in particular on the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, with specific expertise in the management, drafting and prosecution of Italian and foreign patent applications and strategic consulting for the protection of innovations.
