Italian Trademark and Design Attorney
A graduate in Law from the University of Milan, Stefano Arena is a trademark and design attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
He has been a consultant specialized in in trademark, model and design since 2003, assisting Italian and international clients in the protection and management of Industrial Property rights, with a particular focus on the strategic and legal aspects of branding. He has worked with Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano since 2007, making a consolidated contribution in the field of trademark and design consultancy.
He is also a lecturer at the Milan Polytechnic for the trade mark examination preparation course, contributing to the training of new generations of Industrial Property professionals.
