Ing. Giuliano Valentini

With a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan, Giuliano Valentini is a qualified patent and trademark attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, a qualified European Patent Attorney before the European Patent Office (EPO), and a qualified patent attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He is also a Court-appointed Technical Consultant (CTU) before the Court of Milan, where he provides technical support in patent litigation.

He began his career in Industrial Property consultancy in the firm previously founded by Giuseppe Marietti, then continued within Marietti e Gislon and later in Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano, where he worked for many years as a senior consultant, contributing significantly to the development of the technical activity and in-house training.

In the course of his career, he has proven skills in drafting and prosecuting Italian and foreign patent applications, with a focus on the fields of electronic engineering and advanced technologies.
