Ing. Mark Marcelli

A graduate in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University (USA), Mark Marcelli holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego. He is a licensed patent attorney in the USA and a registered attorney in California.

He began his career as a process and product engineer in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, developing a solid technical background in industry. Subsequently, he practised law for almost 20 years at US law firms specialising in Intellectual Property, also taking on the role of in-house patent attorney for five years at a US semiconductor equipment company.

From 2016 to 2018, he worked with Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano and with Fabiano, Franke & MGT as a patent attorney in the US; a collaboration he resumed upon his return to Italy in 2023.
